Cons
Financial instability due to poor decision making. Managers using threats and pressure to control employees. Lack of true strategy and organization direction. Three CEO's in the last four years and two of those in the last 9 months. People are in positions because they know one of the 4 owners not because of their intellectual ability or experience. The words diversity and inclusion are joke. Training is either non existent or ineffective. Ten people can do the same job and required to do it ten different ways. One task on one team may take 5 people and another team on requires one person to complete the same task. Human resources only serves the company so most employees feel trapped and without a voice.
