      Topsy-turvy management with the wrong people in the wrong jobs. Extreme nepotism & favoritism. Extremely low compensation Constant monitoring that is out of control Micromanagement No planning Low morale High stress level Only recognize external customer, not internal No real team building High turnover Do not listen to employees or feedback Lots of junk food Treated like cattle

      Pros

      Former supervisor i worked with in Buffalo NY created a pleasant family team environment that created loyalty and great work environment.

      Cons

      New supervisor after that was nasty and still has a high turnover because of her poor management skills That's why I left No support or family team atmosphere anymore.
