      - You specialize mostly in technology that is 10+ years old. - You are not really learning useful hard skills. - Many lay-off rounds reduce work morale. - Management lacks direction and continuity.

      Pros

      In my business unit and I'm surrounded by smart, dedicated driven people which have created a pretty great culture.

      Cons

      The company is being bought so there a lot of uncertainty. And there are a lot of things frozen because of that so it's a little frustrating right now.
