Pros
Great place to grow and to learn new technologies. Able to get your hands on many different devices. Easy going work environment with hardly any overtime. Allowed to start our own tech book club to enhance our skills.
Cons
The work/life balance needs to be better only 2 weeks of vacation even if you've been in the field for 10 years. Communication between the Core team and other teams is difficult. At times there is too much work to refactor existing code for new features.
