Growing company with mission to save lives. Love what the company stands for. Great Time Off program and 401K match. Flexible schedules Opportunities for advancement for those looking to expand their career. Some positions require you to relocate. However, if someone wants to advance, the potential is there!
Cons
In the field, Managers do tend to hire entry level staff too quickly and not always the best hires. They bring down morale. CEO not the best at providing a strong vision. Thankfully there are others who pick that up.
