Pros
Some of the coworkers were great as were some of the donors
Cons
Promotions come down to who the managers like socially more than merit, many of the employees were not exactly secretive about their recreational drug usage, poor training, despicably low pay for the amount/complexity of work performed, ratio of donors to phlebotomists/techs could be way out of whack, poor donor screening processes to the point where donors who were clearly inebriated or in poor hygiene would be allowed to donate, too many more to list.
