      Work is easy sometimes and benefits

      The management is terrible. Its extremely disorganized. Suffers from constant rotating doors I wouldn't recommend the plasma field for anyone personally.

      The insurance benefits are great

      Cons

      the pay is low and like most businesses they have no loyalty to existing long term employees they pay more money to the new incoming employees instead of the employees that have been working there and have been loyal
