Works with schedule pretty well

Monthly payment schedule is difficult to get used to.

The CSU benefits are unmatched. Pension, insurance, PTO is all great, as is job security.

Pay is not even close to industry standards. The union says they fight for more money, but they haven't accomplished much of that in over 20 years. Most of the IT staff are super grumpy and don't want to work as a team. Difficult to make any true change in such a large organization. There aren't enough staff, so everyone does more than their roles state OR things just don't get done at all.
