Pros
Pay, bonus and benefits are all good. 402k match is excellent for management employees.
Cons
Performance Management system is very subjective, easy to manipulate and too vague to relate to your specific job duties. Supervisors are allowed to use generalized "drop down" type ratings that may not even apply to the task or competency being evaluated.
