      Good benefits Most departments are very good to work for/with Job Security

      Cons

      A lot of internal empire building In order to advance, you have to be chosen by executive management as worthy to sit at the table. Lack of communication by executive management If you don't fit the model of what they are looking for, life will be difficult.

      Pros

      Fair minded and supportive management. Not directly involved in RR management, so did not have the same hours or demands as many do.

      Cons

      None really--large publicly held company. Working on a contract basis, so can't speak to benefits.
