Pros

If you're an entry level developer then this is a pretty good company to start with. Very flexible remote/tele-work options, lots of company 'events' (happy hours, sporting events, holiday parties, etc) and a pretty solid work location. Great mid-level staff, with a lot of talented people. Medical benefits for single people are great. Awesome culture, laid back attitude and very little micro management Mac environment, and quick turn-around for IT related equipment requests (if you need a monitor, you'll have it by the end of the week)

Cons

PTO accrual is below the industry norm (<4hrs per paycheck) Middle management (at least as of 2013) is non-existent Review process needs a complete overhaul Office politics runs rampant, do not expect to advance your career at this company The company is going through some growth pain's and the employees don't really have a say in the current direction that they are heading. The decision-makers who are deciding your future are mostly out of the day-to-day despite how small the company is (see. Office politics) and although input is asked of employees it is very rarely acted on and seems to be done more for "show" than anything else. QA processes at this company do not exist -- This is a huge problem when you are contractor that specializes in web development Outside of the standard offerings (dental, vision, etc) there are no other attractive benefits that this company offers
