Pros
-Excellent environment for exposure. -Friendly employees. -No pressure at work place.
Cons
-Not advisable for long run. -Low pay not as per market. -Don’t expect bonus at any moment they will have their own reasons for not to give bonus. -No career development. -There will be zero recognisantion for employee hard work. -Increments are not up to the mark and management will see that first converted to Indian currency and then back to AED.
