Pros

Your work schedule is very flexible in terms of when you start and end your day. Its up to you to decide how much you want to work and earn per day.

Cons

Your schedule is also very inconsistent and some days you'll wake up in the morning to get ready for work but then realize there's not enough jobs available for you so you end up staying home and looking for other jobs like I am now.

Coworkers are often supportive and willing to help each other when formal support channels fall short.
