Pros

* Our work schedule is Monday through Friday 8-5pm * We are only required to work two or three Saturday a year, and even these are half days. * Yearly company trip to Dollywood * Pay is well for our job responsibilities

Cons

* Management fits the bill of what someone would picture in a large corporate scaled company as they lack appreciation for us employees and only look out for self interest. Very rude, condescending, and disrespectful to us workers as other reviews have clearly pointed out. * Very small company so their is no HR structure to report issues with management. When management bullies, belittles, or disrespects us employees we have no one discuss the issue with as the owner solely relies on the managers and their opinions. If CUI Distribution had a corporate HR structure several managers would not longer have their titles based on their actions. * Management gossip is high and demeaning to us employees.

Pros

Benefits, time off, paid holidays, senior management actually cares about all employees (not just the supervisors and managers). Annual survey results are thoroughly reviewed and they take immediate action to address employee concerns

Cons

Lack of advancement opportunity (when you do move, it's normally a lateral move with no salary increase). Work can become tedious and boring, especially in the "off season".

Pros

- Family Oriented - Great Hours - Knowledgeable Employees

Cons

- Several senior managers seem disconnected from their employees - Extremely limited growth potential - No bonus/incentive program - Management tends to make decisions without fully understanding how it will affect other processes down the line. - Certain managers don't have a grasp on how their department directly affects other departments and a change in their process can have major impact on others. - Turnover rate is extremely high for a small company
