Pros

I have been working at CV Bay for 6 years now, starting my career as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant soon climbing the ladder due to the training and support I received from all three Directors! The company as a whole have great morals, work ethic and genuinely care about their employees succeeding within the business... I can hand on heart honestly say I absolutely love working here. Lunch clubs, Christmas parties and other company incentives that are offered are second to none. The office is in a great location, offers parking, flexible working hours, on-going salary reviews AND casual dress code... unlike other recruitment firms! I'm looking forward to my future here within the business and watching the company grow :)

Pros

I get paid on time each month, which among Microsoft vendors, isn't a given

Cons

Basically no contact for the 18 months -- they place you and forget you. If you are fine with that arrangement, you'll be happy. Even days before contract expiring, don't reach out to see if I have lined up another job. For the % they get of my pay, seems like they could do SOMETHING - holiday lunch, coffee, a card. Maybe I've just had much better experiences with other agencies.
