Pros

I appreciated their monthly in-services aimed at improving patient care. I also think the management team and scheduling team were really understanding when I couldn't take more patients or had to re-schedule something. I appreciated being able to schedule with my patients directly so I could see them on my own time.

Cons

You very rarely meet any of your team members in person which was a con for me as I was hoping to get to know them better. I sometimes struggled to get the help I needed or the answers I needed when management couldn't answer my calls in time. As a per diem nurse, I did all my charting and communication with my personal cell phone which sometimes got confusing as I gave patients my personal number.
