6yHello, Firstly, thank you for your dedicated service to CVHCare. I'm sorry you experienced issues with Scheduling, but I'm hoping that as we add staff and streamline processes, this has and will continue to improve. While we do appreciate your attention to patient needs, preparing food for them and feeding their grandchildren is clearly out of a PT scope of practice, as you may be aware. I'm sure a Supervisor would have advised appropriately if it was brought to their attention.
As an update, I'm happy to say that we have added vision, life, EAP and commuter benefits to our roster of employee benefits! Still working on that 401(k) match ;)
