      Energetic and positive company culture. Very cool product. Very much a startup so things move quickly, but it's great to have such a direct impact on the company and product.

      Cons

      Fast paced startup culture. Test new features rapidly. Iterate. Focus on refining and perfecting after a feature's value is proven.
