Pros
Free coffee? I guess you can say pay was okay for entry-level.
Cons
The company culture is one of the worst I've seen. Very hostile environment where everyone seems to be walking on egg shells out of fear of upsetting CEO. As someone else mentioned about the way time cards are handled, they pretty much expect you to not leave your desk a minute before your clock time but you are also not allowed to clock out a minute after. You basically have 60 seconds to get from your desk to your time card and you will be called out on it every time if you're a minute late or even early. It feels as if the company is much more concerned about getting the cheapest and fastest work rather than getting quality work that will help the brand look better. I also found it very rude of management that although their handbook says you are to speak English in the workplace, management is giving complaints about you to your supervisor right in front of you but in a different language so you don't understand what they are saying. If someone is new and you have a specific way you want things done, then just approach them and let them know, talking to others about them in a different language only makes for an uncomfortable situation. One of the worst working experiences I've ever had. Also, I try to be very understanding about this but most of the upper management will speak to you in very broken English and get frustrated with you for not understanding every word, I'm trying to understand your instructions and be patient with the language barrier, meet halfway and don't give a rude tone if someone politely asks you to repeat something.
