- High freedom, high agency working environment - Consensus driven decision making from the top leadership - Deliberate culture building that starts from thoughtful hiring processes - Very principled and ethics oriented in an often scammy industry - Work life balance is actually realized, and even leadership takes time off
Cons
- have changed the product set/focus so many times in the past three years - can be quite chaotic, but possibly because of the industry - as far as funds go, quite conservative in terms of taking risks
