Cons
Most ridiculous attendance policy I have ever heard of, low pay, poor management in my department, ZERO work/life balance. President brings in family members and friends who are unqualified for positions instead of promoting experienced and qualified people from within. Raises are the same for everyone in each position no matter how their performance is, you do not get appraisals or raises based on your job performance. If you have a family do not even bother applying unless you have someone available to take care of your children when they are ill and take them to their doctor and dental appointments-this company has a "no-fault" attendance point policy. They have no care or regard for their employees, only their bottom line.
