      Sometimes the wheels fall off due to the speed and growth of the company. Often, growth comes first, and systems and processes are backfilled afterward.

      The team is full of hungry young professionals who actually care about the work they're doing. They push each other without it feeling forced, and somehow make even the grind enjoyable. Good people, good energy. Lots of responsibility from day one.
