Pros

I don't have anything good to add.

Cons

My experience with Calfus was deeply disappointing. A decision about my role was made without giving me a fair opportunity to perform, improve, or even present my side. It felt unilateral, opaque, and unjust. What is especially concerning is the gap between words and actions. Leadership that publicly speaks about empowerment and mental health did not demonstrate those values when it mattered. Being casually told to “take a career break” instead of receiving honest feedback or a fair chance was dismissive and unprofessional. It is equally troubling that such decisions were accepted without question. Organizations must understand: empowerment is not a slogan, it is reflected in fairness, transparency, and accountability. To anyone considering this company, listen carefully to employee experiences and reviews before making your decision.

Pros

None as a US citizen. Dig into the company a bit, nothing about them is real.

Cons

Business address in Pleasanton is just an empty co-work office with no furniture, I physically went because I couldn't believe the information I found online. Fake building at their India location. Holding company is based in Delaware, which is just another fake address (mailbox shop). Don't waste your time interviewing. They're only using you as documentation they can't find US based workers and need to fill via foreign workers.
