Pros

None whatsoever, it’s an awful working environment

Cons

All breaks monitored / if you are in the loo for more than 5 minutes, they will ask what you were doing / minimum wage / supervisors lack knowledge / management have no management skills / the company has been built on people who have very low levels of intelligence but can not get a better job themselves / the directors & managers would be better suited to stacking shelves in a supermarket

Pros

Easy job , hours ok. Nothing else to add

Cons

Childish management who weren't qualified to be in the positions they held. If you were 3 minutes late you'll pay back 3 minutes at the end of a shift on a timer. 56seconds late and pay back 56seconds Put your hand up if you want a wee like a school child Bad management bad morale bad culture

Pros

All share the same bad wage (equality)

Cons

There's no parking for staff. We were offered parking but most of us actually got fines for parking there. Not really much respect. No staff benefits.
