Pros
Not many. Your coworkers are nice and you will suffer together.
Cons
The pay is too low for the workload. You have to work 9 hour shifts every other weekend. Your PTO requests frequently get denied and there is no work-life balance. You will get emails and write-ups for mistakes even though the workload is impossible. When you ask the team lead questions, you will get ignored. You have to sit at your computer for 8-9 hours and are usually unable to get up and take a break. You also get a 30 minute lunch break that you have to work through most of the time. No bonuses or incentives. The jobs is very stressful has lead to health issues for multiple providers. Everyone will give you a different answer when you ask questions because there is no organization. Your paycheck being wrong is a normal thing that happens and HR nor the CEO really cares. Stay away. They will take no accountability for their wrong doings and they blame it on the employees.
