Was an excellent place to work. Was a proper get your head down get your work done place all still with a great family feel. You felt appreciated so you did the extra bit for customer and company
Cons
Power hungry management who don’t care who they tread on to get up the ladder. Safety seems to have taken a back seat for profit. A manager felt it was appropriate to paste racist and derogatory remarks on social media regarding their colleagues. They have no respect for authority with regards to the HSE RSA Gardai. They have no respect for staff health and stress levels. More and more staff are leaving who dedicated their time to Calor for years. They cannot cope anymore. No one listens. It has been made very clear Senior Management see the under workers as nothing more than minions now and that hurts which emphasis that they have absolutely no compassion towards their colleagues WE ARE NOT MINIONS we are people the same as you with a different role that’s all. I respect seniority but seniority has to be earned. It’s not just a given
