Pros

Lots of overtime hours. Paid holidays and your birthday.

Cons

Always asking for more while giving less. We are expected to take on extra work, stay flexible, and push through burnout, but the pay never reflects it. Raises are a joke and moving up is so political, and no matter how much you do, it is treated like the bare minimum. Leadership acts like being here should be enough, but it is not. People are tired, underpaid, and not treated like professionals. Leadership says they care about diversity, but nothing happens. It feels like a box they want to check, not something they actually support. Speaking up often leads to being shut down. There is no real effort to build an inclusive culture, just the appearance of one. It is frustrating to work in a place that claims to value people and difference but keeps proving the opposite. If nothing changes, people will keep leaving ✌🏻
