Pros
Colleagues are nice and helpful. Good work-life balance. Very focus on Safety. Not a stressful environment to work in. Compensation wise is very competitive compared to same or other industries.
Cons
Oil & Gas now in a bad shape, will take quite a while to recover. After acquired by SLB a lot of changes happened, SLB's culture is very different from Cameron.
