Pros
Very welcoming to new college graduates. They are very patient with you. I haven't met a coworker I dislike yet. Financially stable with competitive pay and benefits, even for a junior engineer. Lots of opportunities for upward growth, and Gary is a visionary with solid plans for the company's future. Corporate management is very 'flat'! Generous PTO policy.
