      Pros

      Culture - everyone is super friendly and the leadership team really look after you. Benefits - Great holiday allowance, pay reviews and PDP's regularly, social events, free snacks, flexi time and hybrid working. Great mix of clients to work on

      Cons

      Fast paced - but manageable and you still get a work-life balance

      Team work environment. Knowledge is power and very great restaurant to get into.
