      Pros

      Friendly people, good perks, flexibility to try new things, data-driven culture.

      Cons

      The company has been imploding since the CEO left in the summer of 2017. People are rushing out the door, so don't bother applying. We raised too much capital too quickly and can't live up to the valuation.

      You are well supported, management leads by example.

      Cons

      Pay is a bit on the lower end of the spectrum for CSM's and the bonus pay structure was a bit odd.
