Pros

Cons
Campfire sells itself as a fun, cool, modern agency, but the reality is very different. The culture is surface level, with friendliness at the start that quickly disappears.
Stronger performers are often overloaded with more work, to the point it becomes unmanageable. When you inevitably struggle with workload, the tone shifts and support isn't there. Just take a look at the turn over of staff. Toxic culture. Owners can be inconsistent and manipulative, creating an environment where expectations constantly change and trust is low. An agency of egos unfortunately.
There's little real structure or transparency, which makes it difficult to feel secure or valued.
