🌟 Canacre: A Trusted Partner in Land and Environmental Services! 🌟 I recently had the pleasure of working with Canacre, and while there are a few areas for improvement, my overall experience was very positive! What Stood Out: ✅ Expertise & Knowledge: Canacre’s team is incredibly knowledgeable and brings a wealth of expertise to the table. Their insights into land and environmental regulations are impressive! ✅ Customer Service: The staff is friendly and approachable, making it easy to communicate and discuss project needs. They genuinely care about client satisfaction. A Few Areas for Growth: 🔄 Response Times: While the team is dedicated, there were instances where response times could have been quicker. However, once I reached out for updates, they were very proactive in addressing my concerns. 🔄 Project Scope Clarity: In a couple of cases, the initial project scope could have been outlined more clearly. That said, the team was always willing to clarify and adapt as needed. Overall, Canacre is a reliable partner for land and environmental consulting. Their commitment to quality and customer service shines through, and I’m confident they’ll continue to refine their processes. I look forward to collaborating with them again in the future! 🌍✨ #Canacre #LandConsulting #EnvironmentalServices #PositiveExperience
Pros
Easy interview process. Benefits Ok.
Cons
This is the most unorganized, dysfunctional consulting firm I have ever worked with. The Senior leadership lacks practical experience and gives no clear direction on where or what they want you to work on or what they want you to do. They have no valid structure, form, or understanding that supports their projects and reporting. It's controlled chaos. It is a very young company based out of Canada, with little to no experience in the U.S. Most people are confused about what their roles and responsibilities are within the company and a lot of people work from a perspective of fear because they hire and fire like it's a no big deal. They seem to "shotgun" hire many people and if you don't fit their MO they simply let you go with no warning or logical reasoning. There are many good people there but senior leadership is the worst and borderline abusive and discriminatory. They expect you to work 60+ hours a week without compensation and if you don't meet their goals, you're out the door. I've been in this industry for decades and have never seen a company that behaves this way. If it weren't for the financial support of their parent company feeding them work they would have failed miserably by now. I wouldn't expect them to be around for the long haul.
