A full (almost) bias-free review: I moved from Ontario to Edmonton for this job and have been here for 6 months. I don't care for the city but personally, this is the best work environment I’ve ever been in. The CEO and management team’s investment in the business and, more importantly, in us, the employees was immediately evident.

1. Office without windows (doesn't personally bother me). 2. Salary and benefits are not as competitive, given the company is still relatively small. I don’t really get the negative experiences some ex-employees have mentioned. I’m just glad I joined when I did—I see things are getting better every month.
