Pros
The company has projects in a variety of mediums, which allows those just entering the workforce to expand their skillset. The employees are generally hardworking and friendly.
Cons
The high turnover rate is staggering - during my time with the company (about a year), I saw 15 people come and go, sometimes by choice, sometimes not; keep in mind that the workforce was about 26 people (by my count) when I first started. Roles are often not filled again once a person leaves, and their responsibilities are then distributed amongst other employees. Deadlines and priorities are often not properly communicated. The amount of work for such a small staff is also ridiculous, and there is an unspoken expectation that afterhours and weekend work is necessary. The work culture stinks - there were very few opportunities to get to know my coworkers because the team was constantly scrambling to keep up with management's requests.
