      Great people however if you are not part of the cool kids you will be dispensable. Good pay Good benefits

      Cons

      Poor management a lot of favouritism you are constantly trying to prove your worth no support what so ever from management they will be the first ones to throw you under the "bus". No work life balance they will tell you there is however if you leave for an emergency you will be looked at and judged Senior management needs to look at what's going on in the office and make CHANGE

      Fast Paced / Low Stress Job

      Cons

      Low Accountability. Lack of True Leadership from "Some" higher-ups & demand respect instantly due to their "higher" position & "are never wrong." Also, the same higher-ups seem to play favorites and do not give A LOT Grade A employees opportunities to move up & grow.
