      Have learned a lot from the senior developers, VPs are nice and easy-going. they provided many self-study opportunity. no compensation, no team builds, no free gathering lunch , no massage insurance.

      Cons

      The salary and benefit are way below average level. But seems the management guys do not want to pay any more.

      Very flexible working hours, with experienced senior developers who are always willing to share their technical expertise and mentor teammates.

      Cons

      Compensation is below the market rate for software developers with similar experience and responsibilities. Senior management can be overly involved in day-to-day work, which limits autonomy and slows decision-making.
