      Very dedicated employees who really care about their job and the company. Hard working people. Really great to work for the future of our children and grandchildren by providing a renewable source of energy.

      Pros

      Pay is competitive and always on time production bonuses are generally once a month for at least 800 to 1500.

      Cons

      Unprofessional upper management staff and supporting staff. HR are their puppets and do not stand for employees.
