      Friendly environment You will be fine as long as you get tasks done.

      Cons

      No systematic training, no good management from your line manager. They need people get used to its policy and get job done, but no further needs from people, no future improvement for colleagues. No creativity.

      Established global brand. Small hybrid offices. Peer-to-peer training and onboarding. Do your time, make your connections, move on.

      Cons

      Around the clock working hours. Lack of compensation. Leadership is mediocre management. Your peers are your lifeline so stick to them - learn from them how to best handle poor managers. Don't drink the kool-aide for too long. Do your time, make connections, jump ship. The skills you learn from your peers will land you in far more healthy environments in tech (with a much better culture), promise.
