Pros
Not much anymore. Would’ve been free dog food to employees but they took that away too.
Cons
After private equity came in leadership became a nightmare. The leadership team has zero respect for work life balance and you will be beyond micromanaged daily . You are 100% replaceable to these individuals. They had no official bonus structure and cherry pick who gets a bonus based on favoritism. Goals and expectations are unrealistic and don’t value the hard work individuals do out in the field. Not to mention leadership still has zero understanding of the industry and is driving the company to the ground. Only positive reviews on here are going to be the yes men asked to write them and are part of the problem.
