      Activities and initiatives are honoured. Side jobs usually allowed.

      Cons

      Result orientation is not in Canon DNA. Anyone can introduce whatever activity and will be praised for positive spirit - even if it's apparent nonsense. Management is not chosen by assessments, so there's people without higher education in Director positions, getting lowest scores in employee satisfaction surveys and still remain.

      Pros

      I had a very positive internship experience, Canon really values their interns and lets them do all sorts of special projects. All employees are super kind and I would love to return there full time if there is an opportunity available.
