      Nothing! It’s full of hierarchical & ego satisfying management

      Cons

      No freedom is speech Mis use of work by expats No team culture Only fire fighting You don’t learn and you don’t grow More than half of the population in company are unqualified for the role as they just got the position by contacts mostly

      Pros

      I had a very positive internship experience, Canon really values their interns and lets them do all sorts of special projects. All employees are super kind and I would love to return there full time if there is an opportunity available.

      Must drive to Melville (no train station in walking distance)
