You have a job! Some of the original employees, before merger, are caring individuals.
Cons
No Morale in all the Regions! No holiday parties, no barbecue in the summer, as it was in the past. When it's your time to go, they try to make it difficult to work, to see if you quit, and if you don't then they eliminate your position, and offer a package. All promotions are in NY, and that's just giving out new higher titles to the same personal at the top!
