      Decent benefits, good training but constant certifications in multiple areas and products

      Cons

      Management only supportive during the first few months you are there. Afterwards their expectations of employee development unrealistic and un supportive. Extreme pressure to know all aspects of the job very quickly with very little forgiveness.. No respect for work life balance. Sales quotas way too high; bonus levels impossible to attain, Lack of team atmosphere between sales and solutions teams.

      Pros

      I had a very positive internship experience, Canon really values their interns and lets them do all sorts of special projects. All employees are super kind and I would love to return there full time if there is an opportunity available.

      Must drive to Melville (no train station in walking distance)
