Good pension If you want to coast through a role for 10+ years this place is for you. They’ll never manage anyone out of the business or challenge/make changes to organisation Subsidised canteen Pretty much 9-5
Cons
HR scared to take any action against under performing or mis-managed people Management don’t have a clue what’s going on Interview process out dated Said they’re ready for change but show zero intention of investing in new technology Old, bored processes Rude, unacceptable workforce (mismanaged during redundancy but kept on the pay roll with a retention bonus though don’t contribute to anything but bullying and giving grief)
