Pros
There's a strong sense of culture, generally open, international and collaborative - certainly fewer egos and "ivory towers" than I have experienced in the past. Plenty of ambition and attempts to transform (3D printing, mixed reality etc): Recent acquisitions and transformation programs convey a sense that the company is evolving beyond it's legacy in cameras, copiers etc.
Cons
I was made to feel very welcome but you still see the silos like you'd expect with any large international corporation; For a technology brand, perhaps also an higher degree of conservatism than others.
