The management is trying to transition from hardware oriented company to a software solution company in the changing world towards paperless but document rich environment. They are exiting the commercial line and trying to do it through dealers. The targets have been revised to 300% in past 18 months and tactically they introduced Performance Improvement Plans in place to systematically eliminate people. HR is mere spectators in this and there is no communication happening in any levels.
