Pros

Flexibility of hours and schedule; no drama - can do your job and not be bothered; assisting hard-of-hearing/deaf community to communicate via telephone.

Cons

No inter-connectivity or communication or relationality/integration among Admin/Management/Captionists/Trainers; need to be a "robot"; micro-managed productivity/time. Don't expect to see any allowance for being a human; lack of communication about how things really work and WHY you do anything you do there. Didn't like that I was JUST a "warm body" to produce for them. I was very good at the actual job. I don't think that matters. They just need people to do the job, even if they don't do it well. No merit-based reward/leeway. I am Siri... but don't get paid like Siri :) WE ARE BORG. LOL
