Regarding your comments on the promotion process, we consistently run two promotion cycles per year to give employees regular opportunities for promotion based on sustained high performance. There is an established promotion process and criteria, all of which can be found on our intranet. As a consultant develops in their career at Capco, the weighting of the Commercials dimension (which forms part of Capco’s performance framework) increases to reflect the greater level of expectation at senior levels with respect to revenue generation and delivery . However, this is only one dimension, and individuals are assessed based on their overall performance in their core role, contribution they make to the firm and stakeholder feedback. Our goal is always to recognize and reward high performance to drive engagement and support retention of top talent. We also want to ensure that all employees have the opportunity to fulfil their potential within an inclusive and supportive work environment.
