Pros
I couldn't say enough wonderful things about this job. The owner is very open minded and willing to hear any suggestions you have. The hotel and spa are very clean and well kept. Everyone is treated with respect and consideration. All concerns are always addressed right away and any requests are considered and accommodated the best way possible. I couldn't possibly feel more appreciated. I was able to move up the ladder very quickly and I love my job. So there is plenty of opportunity for growth! Our spa is one of the busiest in the area! I have been lucky enough to get personal attention and training from fellow managers at other locations as well as the owner which has definitely made me a better assistant manager. Everyone including the owners of the company are very patient and kind! I am lucky to be a tech here as well and have been able to keep busy with that as well.
Cons
When i joined the company I was a receptionist as well as a tech and the supervisor in charge of training wasn't very patient or kind and no longer works for the company so there truthfully isn't a con i can think of at this point!
